Private Label Frozen Food & Specification Review

Buyers may request their own pack format, label and product specification. Each option is checked against the selected product, facility, order size and destination.

How customization works

Define the requirement before we confirm capability.

Private label is a normal B2B buying model in frozen food. For TPJ, it begins with a buyer brief and a facility-specific feasibility review, not a blanket promise that every product can be developed or packed under any brand.

For IQF produce, a brief may specify cut, caliber, blanching, blend ratio and packing. For French fries, it may specify cut, skin, cooking application and bag or carton format. Tempura requests may add vegetable size, batter ingredients, allergen rules and cooking performance.

Artwork, regulatory label text, MOQ, samples, testing and current certification scope are confirmed before a private-label program is offered. Meat and poultry projects require separate plant and destination checks.

For B2B buyers

Four parts of a buyer-defined brief.

The producing facility confirms what is technically, commercially and legally possible for each item.

Capability is product-specific. This page describes a review service. It does not claim that all TPJ categories, facilities or recipes are available for OEM or ODM manufacture.

Buyer questions

Clear answers before qualification.

Can TPJ pack frozen foods under our brand?

Selected buyer-brand pack formats can be reviewed. The production facility, item, volume, artwork, label rules and required documents must be checked before an offer.

Can a tempura batter or vegetable blend be changed?

A proposed batter ingredient profile, vegetable cut or blend ratio can be submitted for feasibility review. Allergen, process, sensory and facility-scope requirements are part of that review.

Do you provide OEM or ODM for every product?

No blanket OEM or ODM claim applies across the portfolio. Product development and private-label feasibility are confirmed for the named producing facility and project.
