Raw-material qualification
Variety, origin, grade, maturity or species requirements are aligned to the approved product brief.

Product-specific facility review · Documented order controls
The relevant producing facility, control plan and document scope are qualified for the selected product, process and destination market.
How qualification works
For buyers comparing a frozen food manufacturer in China, the relevant factory depends on the product, process and destination market. TPJ FOOD GROUP coordinates category-specific production programs and confirms the proposed producing facility for each enquiry.
Quality review begins with an approved product specification. This defines the raw material, cut or size, grade, recipe, cooking status where applicable, unit weight, packaging, carton marks, storage conditions and destination requirements.
The order-specific control plan may cover raw-material qualification, incoming inspection, processing checks, finished-product release, frozen storage and shipment planning. The checkpoints, limits, sampling requirements and records are agreed for the selected product.
Production, inspection, lot, temperature and shipment records can be requested where applicable. Buyer-appointed or independent third-party inspection can also be discussed as part of the order requirements.
For B2B buyers
Exact checkpoints and evidence are agreed with the buyer and the proposed producing facility.
Variety, origin, grade, maturity or species requirements are aligned to the approved product brief.
Cut, size, recipe, cooking status, color, defects and other product-specific limits can be defined.
Packing, carton marks, inspection criteria and document requirements are reviewed before shipment.
Storage and loading conditions are confirmed in the final specification; –18°C or below may apply by product and market.
See the four category-specific production programs on the Factory Network page. Legal facility details and current scope are confirmed during order qualification.
Buyer questions
No assumption should be made that one facility produces every category. The proposed legal producing facility is confirmed for each product and project.
A visit or audit can be requested after the product and proposed facility have been identified. Scheduling and access remain subject to facility approval.
Independent inspection or laboratory testing can be discussed when the scope, standard, timing and cost are agreed before the order.
Availability depends on the product, producing facility and contract. The required document list should be agreed during order qualification.
