Value-added poultry · Project qualification required
Submit your target product, process, pack and destination for a written capability and compliance review before a commercial offer is issued.
Transparent qualification
TPJ FOOD GROUP’s confirmed standard poultry range currently covers frozen chicken breast, chicken thigh, drumsticks and wings. Cooked chicken is handled as a separate project enquiry and should not be presented as an available or approved product until written qualification is complete.
To request a feasibility review, specify the chicken cut, bone and skin requirements, desired cooking process, seasoning or coating, dimensions, target weight, packaging, intended use, estimated volume and destination market.
Cooked poultry may be subject to product-specific food-safety and import requirements. TPJ must confirm a suitable producing facility, thermal-process capability, current document scope and destination-market eligibility before issuing a final product offer.
If the project is feasible, the approved specification must state whether the product is fully cooked, ready to eat or intended for further heat treatment. It should also define ingredients, allergens, microbiological criteria, storage conditions, shelf life, pack format and preparation instructions.

A Halal claim can be made only if the selected facility and product are covered by a current, applicable certificate.
Buyers may submit requirements for portions, strips, slices, diced products or other formats. Availability is confirmed only after capability review.
