Value-added frozen fruit · Project qualification required
Send your fruit, coating, pack and target-market concept for a written production capability and compliance review.
From concept to qualification
TPJ FOOD GROUP’s confirmed frozen fruit range includes IQF strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, mango, pineapple, yellow peach, apple and fruit mixes. Chocolate-coated fruit is a separate value-added project and should not be presented as a current qualified or stocked product until written capability confirmation is complete.
To request a feasibility review, specify the fruit, whole or portioned format, coating type, flavor profile, coating ratio, target piece weight, pack format, estimated volume, destination and intended sales channel.
The terms “chocolate” and “compound coating” are not interchangeable in every market. The product name must match the actual formulation and destination-market rules. Ingredient, allergen and cross-contact statements must come from current product and facility records.
If the project is feasible, sampling should confirm appearance, fruit texture, coating coverage, flavor and performance under the intended cold chain. Storage temperature, shelf life, packaging and handling instructions must be stated in the approved specification.
For B2B buyers
The review starts with a clear product concept and ends with a qualified formulation, site and specification.

Buyer questions
Chocolate-coated fruit requires separate development and facility qualification. It should not be treated as an available product until TPJ confirms the project in writing.
The current IQF fruit range may provide a starting point, but suitability for coating must be assessed for the requested formulation and format.
The requested coating can be reviewed, but its ingredients, legal product name, storage behavior and market compliance must be confirmed.
Potential allergens depend on the coating, inclusions and producing facility. Only the current approved specification and facility statement should be used for labeling.
Private-label packaging can be assessed after the product concept, quantity, destination and production capability have been qualified.
